Current Final Year Undergraduate/Honours Research Projects:

  1. Sugar and sodium content of canned and frozen vegetables and fruit, savoury snacks and fish in retail outlets.

  2. Nutrient, sensory and price comparison of ready to constitute meals and identical fresh produce meals.

  3. Increasing vegetable intake in children in early childhood centres in low-socio-economic areas with stories and puppets.
